I am a pioneer design anthropologist, systems thinker, and water advocate passionate about true world changes working towards positive impact and regenerative solutions. What defines me the most is my ecosystemic vision and holistic approach to the world's challenges and their solutions, where nature is the main stakeholder guiding all my principles.
I am passionate about life and projects that make a difference to all living beings, co-creating my legacy through innovative research and educational frameworks with different stakeholders. I have over 12 years of experience in quality research, 6 years of experience at university level positions teaching with holistic educational models, and a decade of immersed creation with the private and public sector, from design consultancy agencies, municipalities, decision-making bodies, NGOs, and academia.
I am all about Give a Shit since this is my company name and my true reverence to nature and devotion to co-create a just world for all living beings to thrive.
Currently, I am finishing my PhD in integrated sanitation solutions and urban water management with a case study of Lisbon.
A passionate spirit who’s always seeking impactful changes, brought me to found the regenerative agency Give a Shit (giveashitnow.org), focused on sustainable sanitation and urban water management.
I am an author of various independent international and interdisciplinary projects, and author of academic articles and book chapters.
Altogether, my professional experience has provided me with the insight and know-how for systemic, strategic, and critical thinking, which culminates in the set-up of integrated and regenerative solutions.
